Hand In Hand Leadership
Educational leadership is hard. It can be lonely and challenging even in the midst of success. After more than 30 years of leading schools and districts, I've lived the rewards and frustrations. Let's work hand in hand to identify the challenges, ask the right questions and map out possible strategies to move forward to benefit students.
You chose the agenda. I'll be your sounding board that asks critical questions and helps you explore possible answers. Coaching services are individualized and catered to your specific needs.
I'll work hand in hand with you to identify potential funding sources, develop compelling proposals, and submit winning applications. A successful grant writer of more than 10 separate grants in 7 years totally over $1,800,000 in funds for schools, I can help you find and secure needed dollars.
My experience gives me the perspective to assist in developing strategic plans and aligning resources to help you achieve your goals. Whether it is developing Local Control Accountability Plans, School Site Plans or other required documents, I can help you develop and align systems and resources.
I am passionate about helping others succeed. I'll work hand in hand with you to identify your needs and develop a customized plan to help you achieve your educational goals.

"Her integrity, empathy, and expertise made her the perfect confidante who can simply listen to the issues or motivate and inspire a person to push through their current circumstances. Toni makes herself available to those she works with. She asks great questions, and through those questions, she helps people find their own answers instead of doing it for them."
